FA Level 1, Level 2 or UEFA C (preferred but not a must)
Proven success coaching children aged 4-12
Leadership experience guiding other coaches to excellence
DBS, First Aid & Safeguarding (or willingness to get them)

Passion, energy, and professionalism
Football academy or grassroots experience
Strong child development knowledge
Great communication with parents

Mentor assistant coaches and maintain coaching standards
Ensure every session is fun, safe, and professional
Communicate with parents and support player development
Represent our values on and off the pitch
